Habit Track

Terms of Service

Effective date:
Android app: id.moontech.habittrack

These terms describe the use of Habit Track, an Android app developed by Rafly Habibi, and its information pages on flysite.cc.

1. Using Habit Track

Habit Track helps you organize personal routines, reminders, timers, and progress. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using and uninstall it.

You may use the app for your own lawful activities. You remain responsible for the information you enter and the permissions you grant. Do not use the app to interfere with another person's data or account, impersonate someone, or disrupt its services.

Habit tracking works without a developer-hosted account. Optional Google features require an eligible Google Account and your permission. Google's terms apply to the Google services you use.

2. Your data and privacy

Your habit records remain yours. Using Habit Track does not transfer ownership of your content to its developer. The app processes records to provide the features you choose, including Google Drive backup when authorized.

The Privacy Policy explains the data stored on your device, optional Google access, backup retention, and your choices. These web pages do not accept habit-data uploads.

3. Backup and recovery

Google Drive backup is optional and depends on your account authorization, available storage, internet connection, and Android scheduling. Changes that have not uploaded successfully cannot be recovered from Drive.

Backup is a recovery copy, not continuous synchronization between devices. Connecting Google on an empty installation can restore the latest available backup. Existing local data is kept. Each installation retains its two latest successfully verified backup versions.

Before clearing storage, replacing a device, or uninstalling the app, consider whether the data you need has been backed up. Follow the data deletion instructions to manage local records and stored backups separately.

4. Reminders and appropriate use

Reminder and alarm delivery depends on device permissions, battery settings, clock settings, and Android behavior. Habit Track cannot guarantee that every alert will arrive at an exact time.

The app is a personal routine tracker. It is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on it as the only reminder for a safety-critical activity.

5. Availability and updates

The app may receive updates that change or improve its features. Google services and Android behavior may also change. Continuous availability, compatibility with every device, and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Habit Track is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

6. Stopping use and changes to these terms

You may stop using Habit Track at any time. Uninstalling or clearing the app does not itself delete backups already stored in Google Drive. You can revoke Google access and delete backups using the steps in the Privacy Policy.

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate app or release notice; any additional consent required by law will be requested.
